Health System for Survival Servers | Wounds, Fractures, Diseases and Medic Gameplay
Turn every injury into a scene. Body-part wounds and bleeding, fractures with real plaster casts, staged diseases, a downed last stand, life points and a personal respawn tent your players pitch out in the wild.

Overview
Getting shot should mean something. ML Health System, built for survival and hardcore RP servers, turns every injury into a story. A bullet in the leg is not a flat "lost 20 HP". It is a limp, a blood trail on the asphalt, and a friend pressing a dressing on the wound while you decide whether to risk the drive to a medic.
Nine body zones, real consequences. Every hit lands somewhere. Arms ruin your aim, legs slow you down, blood loss creeps toward weakness, blackouts and worse. Armor actually protects the parts it covers, and crashing a car at speed leaves its own injuries.
Medics matter. Only trained medic jobs read exact vitals, blood volume, heart rate, blood type and disease names. Everyone else feels vague symptoms and pain. The body scan panel with its orbital camera makes treatment a proper roleplay scene, with animated bandages, blood draws, transfusions, saline drips, painkillers and surgical kits. Pain meds can overdose, and medics earn XP through ml_skills.
Blood that behaves like blood. Players carry a volume, a blood group and compatibility rules. Draw a unit into an empty bag, hang a saline drip to speed regeneration, or run a transfusion that fails loudly when the groups do not match.
Fractures with visible casts. Broken bones block sprinting, shooting or steady driving until a real plaster cast goes on the player, with per-part rules you control. It ships switched off, so flip one flag when your city is ready for the extra weight.
Sickness with stages. Influenza spreading through a crowd, tetanus from a dirty blade, food poisoning from spoiled meat, wound infection, radiation sickness, and a lethal contact pathogen other scripts can trigger. Each one has staged symptoms, suppressors that buy time, and cures that arrive too late if you wait. Players can wear their own clothing or a mask as protection, and a sickness only advances while its carrier is online. A master switch and a per-disease whitelist let you ramp difficulty at your own pace.
Death with weight. A downed last stand with a signal flare, a death timer you set, and spawn selection on a cinematic camera. Players hold a key to get up or let it auto respawn when the timer runs out. Respawn at a hospital, your own bed, or the survival tent you pitched in the hills. Optional life points price every death by how you went down, and an optional gear wipe with a keep-list makes dying genuinely expensive.
Admin revive commands, per-category Discord logs, and hooks for your own integrations round it out, including an export your zombie or trap scripts can call to apply a real body-part wound. Every system is modular: turn diseases, fractures, life points, the tent, the inventory wipe and the rest on or off, and tune the numbers in the config. Cheaters cannot fake a heal or dodge a death. Radiation sickness links into ml_radiation when that resource is present, and the bed respawn option only appears when the matching housing addon is running. Works on ESX, QBCore, QBox and Standalone.
Key Features
Body-Part Damage
Nine tracked zones with wound severity, bleeding levels and blood trails on the ground. Car crashes leave their own injuries.

Blood System
Volume, blood groups and compatible transfusions. Draw a unit with a syringe and hang a saline drip to speed regeneration.

Fractures and Plaster Casts
Per-part penalties and a real plaster cast on the player. Ships switched off behind one opt-in flag.

Staged Diseases
Contagion, suppressors, terminal stages and food poisoning, behind a master switch and a per-disease whitelist. Players can wear their own clothing or a mask as protection.

Infection On Touch
Zombies or hazard zones can infect a player on touch, cured only by the matching antidote.

Medic Gameplay
Job-gated diagnostics, a body scan panel with an orbital camera, and treatment animations for every step. Pain meds can overdose, medics earn XP through ml_skills, and gear can be locked behind skill unlocks.

Last Stand and Flare
A downed state, a signal flare that can alert police and medics through your dispatch, and instant-death rules you tune.

Respawn Your Way
Spawn selection on a cinematic camera. Respawn at a hospital, your own bed, or a personal tent you pitch and name in the wild. Tents persist across restarts.

Respawn Timer & Controls
A death countdown you set. Hold E to get up, or auto respawn at zero. On timeout the game picks a spawn for you.

Life Points and Gear Wipe
Optional death costs by weapon, killer and zone, plus an optional inventory wipe with a keep-list.
Fully Modular
Every system turns on or off on its own. Run just wounds and bleeding, or everything at once. Timers, chances and durations are all in the config.
Admin and Logs
Revive commands, per-category Discord logging, and hooks for your own integrations.
