Overview

Scrap piles up on every survival server and usually just despawns. Recycler hands players a machine that turns junk into materials worth keeping, worked through a screen built into the side of the prop, not a menu floating over the game.

What to expect

  • Any input item maps to outputs with quantity ranges and drop chances
  • Fuel burns by the minute, from one-shot items or refillable jerrycans
  • Wear slows the machine, jams it, and finally calls for a repair kit
  • Turbo motor, extra tank, silencer kit and solar panel ship as upgrades
  • Jobs run on the server clock and keep working while the owner is offline
  • Placement preview checks the ground, or pin fixed community stations
  • A dismantled machine keeps fuel, wear and modules on the item
  • One machine per player by default, one player at a time on the screen
  • Every action can trigger your other scripts, from breakdowns to refuels
  • 0.00ms idle away from the machine

Works on ESX, QBCore, QBox and Standalone.

Key Features

Screen Built Into the Machine

The interface is part of the prop, not a window laid over the top of it. Players walk up, work the machine in front of them, and never break out to a floating menu. The screen shows current fuel and condition while the machine runs. When someone collects, players nearby see the loot reveal too, with the collector's name on it.

Shape the Machine in Config

Starting and maximum slots, processing speed, fuel rules, placement and screen distance, ownership permissions. It all sits in the config, so you can build the recycler around your own economy instead of bending your server around it. The machine ships with its own streamed prop.

Recipes That Drive the Economy

Each input item maps to a list of outputs with quantity ranges and drop chances. Write as many recipes as you need.

Fuel and Durability

Fuel burns by the minute from one-shot items or refillable jerrycans, and the jerrycan path pairs with ml_fuel. Every job wears the machine down until it slows, jams, and finally needs a repair kit to come back to life. You decide which fuel types the jerrycan path accepts and how each liter converts into machine fuel.

Upgrade Modules

A turbo motor, an extra tank, a silencer kit and a solar panel ship in the box, and your own config-defined modules can add more, slots included, and any module can carry its own wear curve. Add your own modules on top when you want more.

Placement and Fixed Stations

Players position their recycler with a live preview that checks the ground, rotating it and nudging its height into place, and you can require it near a base. You can also fix permanent community stations on the map, with infinite fuel if you want. Fixed stations can come pre-fitted with permanent modules players cannot strip out.

Plug It Into Your Other Scripts

Every action the machine takes can trigger the rest of your server: an item added, a job finished, loot collected, a breakdown, a refuel, a repair, a module going in or out, the recycler placed or picked up. Hang XP, logging, Discord alerts or your own rules off any of them.

Runs While You Are Away

Jobs run on the server clock. Machines keep working while the owner is offline, pause when the tank runs dry or the machine breaks, and pick up where they left off after a restart.

Discord Logging Included

Placements, pickups, recycles, refuels, repairs and module swaps post to your webhooks with before and after numbers. Suspicious requests get their own channel.

Nothing Lost on Pickup

Dismantle a machine and its fuel, condition and installed modules travel with the item, readable in its description, and come back exactly as they were when it is placed again.
